I was pleased with the hotel's fantastic location, which is close to everything. the room was warm and spacious, equipped with smoke detectors for added safety. the property is conveniently located near the train station, Westfield Parramatta, as well as bus stops and other public transport options. Was a welcome base for weekend. I had apartment with windows overlooking courtyard and exceptionally comfortable bed. The setting of hotel was particularly good and magnificent, close to all the shops. I had coffee at The Donut Nest, located within 10 minutes walk.

I have to say, this hotel is in a great spot! It’s super close to the train station and all the shops which made getting around really easy. the apartment itself was surprisingly spacious and cozy, way more room than I expected. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated the little touches they added. Definitely a much better experience compared to other places I’ve stayed before.
The cleanliness could use a bit of attention, as a few areas felt overlooked. a little more communication regarding check-in times would have been nice to avoid some confusion.

Convenient location and family-friendly amenities
the cleanliness issues in the common areas and the lack of spare towels were disappointing.

I recently booked a stay at Kula Apartments and had quite the mixed bag of experiences. First off, the apartment itself was spacious, which I loved. There was plenty of room to spread out, and I really appreciated the large flat-screen TV—perfect for evenings in. The sitting area was comfortable, although I wish there were more seating options for when a few friends dropped by. A couple of extra chairs would have made a big difference. Now, the kitchen was another story. It was well-equipped with cookware and kitchen utensils, which I was excited about. I whipped up a few meals, but it was kind of lacking in basic items. No tongs or sufficient plates for a family meal meant I was washing dishes constantly. no tea towel? Come on! I mean, how am I supposed to manage that without the simple essentials? On the bright side, there was a decent electric kettle which made my morning coffee routine a breeze. The dining table? Well, it could accommodate everyone, but it felt a bit cramped. I wouldn't say it made for the most enjoyable dining experience. As for free toiletries, they were a bit on the cheap side. The shampoo and conditioner not only smelled generic but also felt like it didn’t do my hair any favors. A couple of extra touches could have made everything feel more welcoming. Now let’s talk about the air conditioning. It was only in the lounge area, which meant the bedrooms turned into a bit of a sauna at night. I really missed having some cooling options in there, especially since it was a warm weekend. I found a small portable fan in the wardrobe, but it didn’t quite cut it. A little heating or cooling in bedrooms would go a long way for comfort. They promised laundry facilities, so I was looking forward to having a washing machine and dryer at my disposal. The laundry area seemed alright, but I didn't really get a chance to use it. I did notice a ton of laundry tablets, which is great if you're actually planning on doing laundry, but I could see how someone could feel overwhelmed if they weren’t prepared. The outdoor patio seemed like a nice touch, yet it was sad to see it overgrown with weeds. I love being able to sit outside with a drink, but that wasn’t happening here. Plus, there was some construction noise from next door that ruined the vibe. Communication with the management was a bit of a mixed bag, too. Messages regarding access codes were prompt but might be tough for anyone who doesn't have mobile access. When I arrived, I had a bit of confusion figuring out the building and room entry codes. It felt a bit like a poorly handled escape room challenge! I have to say, the ironing facilities were decent, but I did have a moment where I couldn't find any ironing board—ended up using my bed instead. Not ideal, but it worked in a pinch. As for the cleanliness? There were a few spots that could’ve used more attention, like crumbs left on the couches and a bit of hair in the drawers. First impressions matter, and a thorough clean before guests arrive would be a big step in the right direction. The parking was a definite plus. I had no issues finding a spot which made life easier during our stay. And despite the hiccups, I have to admit the location was spot on for the sights I wanted to check out. There’s so much potential here, if they could just tighten up a few details. Wish I could've gotten more out of the experience, considering the price tag.

I always return here because the staff kindly helped me find my sim cards during my first stay. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, parking, and a flat-screen TV. I’ll be back for New Year!
